At the Alpha Grove, our work to address unemployment in the area continues, and we are finding partnerships with local organisations and groups to continue to make a difference in people's’ lives.

Over the years, we have supported many learners with courses in Maths and English, Computer Technology, skills for work, health and wellbeing, and family learning. We have also partnered with third party organisations to run learning workshops to engage new learners and raise awareness. We aim to engage and empower individuals from hard to reach and underrepresented communities.

We have a proven track record of supporting people with disabilities and/or disadvantages and we specialise in helping people facing complex barriers in life and in work.

We have provided support for carers, the elderly, unemployed and those socially isolated. Our purpose is to achieve social and economic regeneration through learning, enterprise, and employment. We hold drop-in sessions, events, and other community development programmes.
