Luke previously worked as a Project manager at the Social Investment Business. He recently joined Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) working within the Investment team. He has worked in the sector for just under a decade and brings a wealth of experience having worked on major grant programmes.

In his time at SIB, he worked across the grants, investment, and business development team. Most recently, he was responsible for setting up The Recovery Enterprise Fund to support the setting up and scaling up of recovery enterprises that are working with or being led by ex-offenders or people in recovery from addiction and creating employment opportunities for people from these communities.

Luke is extremely passionate about local communities and is also a keen triathlete.
