An experienced professional in the third sector, Bethan has co-designed, fundraised and co-produced a variety of projects that tackle social and economic exclusion. She is currently part of the research and policy team at Toynbee Hall. Her role is to co-design better policies and to advocate for them at a local and national level. She has a particular interest in how community organisations can share power and resources with people who they are established to help.
