Ciorsdan is an experienced, values-led charity leader not afraid of pushing boundaries and driving equitable change. She was the former Head of Charitable Partnerships and Strategy at The Goldsmiths Company. In her time there, she helped setup the company's Global Majority Fund aimed at supporting people from the global majority into the silversmithing and allied trade. She is currently a Grants Manager at The FILE Foundation. Ciorsdan also set up and delivered the Grant Givers’ Movement, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and trustee of Missing People.
